Refer a friend who takes out a subscription and you earn 100 points once they've placed their second order. Refer a friend who makes a one-off purchase and you earn 50 points after their first order.

Points are worth 5p each. So 100 points is £5 off, 50 points is £2.50 off - redeemable against any future Troo order.

The rules

• The 20% discount is for new customers only, on their first order.
• The discount can't be combined with other offers or codes.
• One-off referral: 50 points are credited automatically after your friend's first order.
• Subscription referral: 100 points are credited automatically after your friend's second subscription order, so we know the subscription is active.
• There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
• Points have no cash value and can't be withdrawn - they're redeemable against Troo orders only.
• We reserve the right to withhold points where referrer and referee share the same address, or where we detect duplicate accounts or misuse.

Log in to your account and head to the Refer a Friend section. Your unique link is there, ready to copy and share.

Does my friend need to do anything special?
No. They click your link, shop as normal, and the 20% is applied at checkout on their first order.

Does it work for subscriptions and one-off orders?
Yes - the same link works for both. What you earn depends on what your friend chooses: 100 points for a subscription (after their second order), 50 points for a one-off.

Why do I have to wait for a subscription referral to pay out?
Subscription points are credited after your friend's second order so we know the subscription is genuinely active. It's usually within a month or two of their first order.

When exactly do my points arrive?
One-off referrals pay out automatically after your friend's first order. Subscription referrals pay out automatically after their second subscription order. You'll see the points appear in your account balance without needing to do anything.

What are points worth?
Each point is worth 5p. So 100 points is £5, 50 points is £2.50, redeemable against any future order.

How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like. There's no cap.

Can my friend use the discount if they've ordered before?
No - the 20% is for new customers only.

Can I use my points and a referral discount together?
